Payments made are final and non-refundable.

Once payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non- attendance or cancellations by the participant

All patients are expected to be on time. Late arrival will be subjected to shortened sessions.

Patients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their health history / and current medical conditions.
